1. Introduction

The health and safety of our staff, contractors and visitors to our offices is of paramount importance to TTG Transportation Technology Pty Ltd,
TTG Technology (Europe) Ltd and TTG (Beijing) Technology Ltd (“TTG Group”, “we” or “us”).

COVID-19 is rapidly encroaching on all facets of life and business globally, including in Australia. We are continually monitoring the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic and follow the advice of relevant government and health authorities.

2. What is COVID-19

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause respiratory infections.
The outcomes can range from the common cold to more serious diseases.
COVID-19 is the disease caused by a new coronavirus.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include mild illness to sever pneumonia. Some people may recover easily, and others may get sick very quickly. COVID-19 may result in death.

People with COVID-19 may experience:

  1. fever;
  2. flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat and fatigue; and
  3. shortness of breath.


3. Visitors to our offices

Our agile working IT infrastructure means that our employees are able to work remotely, ensuring that the services we deliver to our clients at all times remain unaffected.

To ensure the health and safety of our staff, contractors and visitors to our offices, our employees have been working remotely, where possible.

In accordance with the easing of restrictions by the New South Wales Government, our employees are beginning to return to work on a part-time basis in our office in Sydney, Australia in accordance with our COVID-19 response and social-distancing requirements.

If you are required to attend our offices and provided that there are no government directives operating to prohibit your attendance, you must sanitise your hands as you enter and exit our offices and maintain a safe social distance from others at all times. Our offices are cleaned regularly to ensure they remain sanitised.

You cannot attend our offices if you:

  1. have recently travelled overseas or to the State of Victoria;
  2. have recently had contact with a suspected case of COVID-19; and/or
  3. exhibit COVID-19 symptoms (as outlined at item 2 above).


4. COVID-19 in the Workplace

In the unfortunate event that an employee, contractor or visitor to our offices is a confirmed case of COVID-19, we will immediately notify all suspected persons who have had contact with the confirmed case and direct all such persons to self-isolate in accordance with government and health requirements.
